Patch Validation Utility
NIKO Patcher is the Raccu patch utility for applying and creating legal patch bundles with a controlled metadata and validation workflow. It can apply supported patch bundles and can also create legal patch bundles using the same controlled workflow. Its purpose is to make patch work stricter, clearer, and less error-prone than manual file replacement.
This v1.0 Raccu-design rerelease distributes the reusable patcher application and its tool-specific documents only. Title-specific patch files are separated from the tool package and are provided through the matching runtime release page, where the supported title, release, and source context can be verified.
NIKO Patcher does not provide ROMs, keys, firmware, BIOS files, extracted original archives, or unmodified original game assets. It expects a legally owned, self-dumped source file and a matching supported patch context.

By accessing, downloading, installing, starting, using, creating patch bundles with, modifying, redistributing, repackaging, or otherwise handling NIKO Patcher, you accept the tool-specific Terms of Use and acknowledge the tool-specific Privacy information. An earlier local copy does not grant permission for current redistribution, reuse, modification, repackaging, or derivative use outside the current tool terms. For Raccu runtime releases, title-specific patch bundles are provided only through the matching runtime release page.

No redistribution or reuse of any kind: no mirrors, no partial re-uploads, no modified or downsized variants, and no reuse of this tool package or its assets in other packs, tool bundles, or projects without explicit permission. Release role
NIKO Patcher v1.0 has been rereleased after alignment with the Raccu design line. The tool package is separated from title-specific patch files: this page distributes the application and tool documents only, while Raccu runtime patch bundles remain on the matching runtime release page. Modders may use NIKO Patcher to create their own legal patch bundles, but third-party bundles are not automatically Raccu releases.
Older tool-page presentation has been replaced by this Raccu tool release page so the public tool identity, legal-use boundary, and release workflow remain consistent.
